'Together we can!'
The World AIDS Day theme for the UK last year was 'Together we can!'. This theme proved most popular as it helped countless organisations to raise awareness around HIV-related stigma and discrimination.
This UK theme
originates from the official global theme of 'Universal Access and Human Rights', and it examines the reality of HIV and the need for a collaborative effort in the fight against AIDS.
Building on the successful launch of this theme around World AIDS Day last year we will continue to promote this influential theme throughout 2010.
Our brand new range of 'Together we can!' resources embraces the UK theme through powerful imagery whilst engaging the public with HIV and AIDS issues and dispelling myths and inaccuracies around the virus.
