There are currently more than 80,000 people estimated to be living with HIV in the UK, and a quarter of them are unaware of their infection. Globally there have already been more than 25 million AIDS deaths and every minute another 5 people die of AIDS. Wherever you are in the world, the message is very clear: Greater Awareness Required!
Our awareness-raising resources have been specifically developed to provide you with the tools you need to create greater awareness in your everyday activities.
We are sure that you'll find our wide range of resources particularly useful in your preparations for World AIDS Day on the 1st December, and we have developed them with this in mind. World AIDS Day provides the perfect opportunity to promote awareness as people from all around the world unite in fundraising and educational activities.
However, raising awareness around HIV and AIDS requires a 365 day-a-year effort and so our products have also been designed to assist you in your initiatives throughout the year.

01/10/09. The World AIDS Day theme for the UK is 'TOGETHER WE CAN!' and it will be promoted throughout the UK in the lead up to 1st December. This UK theme has been developed from the official global theme of 'Universal Access and Human Rights', and it examines the reality of HIV and the need for a collaborative effort to end HIV-related stigma and discrimination.. more...
